Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:
1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused and in the original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at: sales@fosterice.com to request a return authorization. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.
- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 20% of the item(s)' cost for items delivered to commercial locations and 30% for residential locations. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- If your return meets the policy requirements, you should receive your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
