Tech service

Troubleshoot assistance for up to an hour via phone and/or Facetime with one of out technicians. This does not include any parts that may need to be purchased. In most cases, our tech will be able to diagnose and provide guidance how to repair the machine. However, we do not guarantee that the machine is repairable, and may also require repairs by a service company.

This service is for non warranty machines.
